Job Description

Objective:
Ensure effective, transparent, and synchronized financial–accounting management across the Group and all garment factories within the system.
Support the CFO/BOD/CEO/Chairman in financial planning, cash flow control, cost and profit analysis by order/factory, while acting as the key coordinator for financial strategies between the garment manufacturing units and other functional divisions of the Group.

1. Financial & Accounting Management for the Garment Division (Group-wide):

Develop, review, and control the annual budgets for all garment factories.

Oversee accounting operations, including cost control, cash flow, receivables/payables, and cost of goods sold at each factory.

Analyze P&L by order/factory; compare planned vs. actual performance and evaluate financial efficiency per order/product.

Standardize and enhance the effectiveness of the accounting systems and practices across all garment manufacturing entities.

2. Cost Control & Production Costing:

Establish and supervise the costing systems (FOB/CMT/CM), including updates on material consumption standards, productivity, labor, etc.

Control manufacturing expenses (materials, labor, overhead) and propose cost-saving initiatives.

Support the Group Executive Board in developing market-competitive pricing strategies that optimize profit margins.

3. Cash Flow & Capital Management:

Monitor cash flow across factories; recommend inter-factory fund allocations to ensure continuous and efficient operations.

Coordinate with other financial departments of the Group to plan borrowing, debt repayment, and capital allocation for expansion projects when necessary.

4. Inter-Unit Coordination & Reporting Systems:

Act as the liaison between the Group Finance Department and garment factories to ensure consistent and timely financial communication.

Develop management reporting systems for the Board of Directors, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports by order/factory.

Implement, train, and audit the use of ERP/MIS systems in garment factories to ensure data consistency and standardization.

5. Financial Personnel Management in the Garment Division:

Guide, train, assign tasks, and evaluate chief accountants and general accountants in garment factories.

Recommend internal personnel transfers among factories when necessary to ensure continuous financial operations.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

Trained in Financial Management/Chief Financial Officer programs, with solid knowledge of financial control and risk management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong understanding of the company’s value chain business model; experience in the retail or fashion industry is preferred.

Thorough knowledge of domestic business laws and regulations related to corporate operations; deep and broad expertise in both domestic and international finance and accounting practices.

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial and accounting management for companies with revenue of over 1,000 billion VND.

Proven track record of completing assigned duties accurately and without major errors.

Professional Knowledge & Skills

Solid understanding of the garment and fashion industry.

Good knowledge of business and commercial law fundamentals.

Proficient in office productivity software and financial tools.

Good command of English communication skills.

Strong organizational and supervisory skills.

Demonstrated ability in training and team development.
