Job Description
As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of software solutions. This role requires both technical expertise and project management capability to ensure the success of large-scale IT initiatives and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic and Project Management
• Develop project plans and define implementation roadmaps.
• Oversee and manage project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor progress, evaluate performance, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
2. Software Product Development and Delivery
• Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients and develop detailed business specifications.
• Design comprehensive solution architectures for assigned software products and services.
• Supervise the development, enhancement, and upgrade of software solutions under your scope.
• Organize training sessions and facilitate the handover of software solutions to end users or client teams.
• Manage the integration and deployment of software products and services across assigned business units or territories.
3. Client Relationship Management
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing support and ensuring satisfaction.
4. Process Development and Quality Assurance
• Implement and maintain quality management systems and operational procedures.
• Monitor compliance with internal processes and product quality standards.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes, methodologies, and quality assurance systems.
5. Risk Management
• Identify and assess potential risks (strategic, financial, operational, or information-related) within assigned projects.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation plans.
• Monitor and manage project risks to ensure timely resolution.
6. Additional Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues within assigned responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong technical background and understanding of Information Technology (IT).
• Solid understanding of the IT product and service development lifecycle.
• Proven experience in building IT solutions and service management systems.
• Excellent organizational and task management skills, with the ability to assign and supervise work effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a systematic approach.
• Effective communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst (BA), Developer, or Technical Lead.
• Possession of PMP, PMF, or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience working with CMMI-based software projects.
• Knowledge of enterprise management systems and solutions.
