You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing and presenting solutions, and driving sales growth within your designated accounts.
Understand customer needs and provide consulting sales solutions.
Develop and present compelling proposals.

Manage the sales cycle from start to finish.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Develop strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Gain in-depth knowledge of TechX's services, products, and AWS.
Oversee project implementation and ensure timely completion.
Collect payments from clients.
Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field (ideally in tech, cloud, or SaaS).
Strong understanding of AWS services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project
