As our Footwear Costing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping profitability and driving financial success for a portfolio of world-class brands. Reporting to the Senior Costing Manager, you’ll lead a talented Brand Costing team—guiding strategic pricing initiatives, steering complex factory negotiations, and optimizing cost strategies across global operations. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop, refine, and execute best-in-class costing strategies, frameworks, and processes to elevate operational efficiency and lead strategic initiatives.
Cost Optimization: Champion cost engineering and continuous improvement efforts—analyzing data, identifying inefficiencies, and achieving significant cost savings opportunities.
Negotiation Excellence: Oversee and lead high-stakes negotiations with suppliers and vendors, securing favorable outcomes and providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
Team Leadership & Growth: Inspire, mentor, and empower your Brand Costing team. Establish clear OKRs and guide them in achieving brand-level seasonal MFP margin objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with global partners, functional leaders, and key manufacturing vendors to support long-term business success.
