Job Purpose:
The DCEO in Charge of Operations and Claims is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations and claims activities of the non-life insurance company. This role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and aligning strategic development with the company's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Leadership:
- Direct and manage operational activities, including underwriting, policy approval, and policy management.
- Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure operational activities align with strategic goals and comply with regulatory requirements.

Claims Management:
- Oversee the claims process to ensure prompt and fair handling of claims.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance programs for claims processing and monitor compliance with service standards.
- Handle and resolve issues related to claims and customer complaints efficiently.

Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure that all operational and claims activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Update and implement changes in regulations into operational and claims processes.
- Collaborate with the legal and compliance departments to manage audits and inspections.

Team Management:
- Lead, guide, and develop the operations and claims team to reach their full potential.
- Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage the professional and personal growth of employees.

Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate operational and claims-related risks.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the company’s assets and reputation.
- Ensure business continuity planning and disaster recovery.

Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and execute the company’s strategic plans.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvements to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
- Ensure operational and claims goals are aligned with the company’s overall strategy.

Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the budget for operations and claims.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
- Provide regular performance and financial reports to the CEO and executive board.

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Insurance, or related fields.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the non-life insurance industry, with at least 10 years in a managerial role.
- Extensive knowledge of insurance operations and claims process
