Job Summary:
Navigos Search is supporting a MNC with sales office in Vietnam to recruit a Finance and Accounting Manager who will oversee and manage accounting operations (primary responsibility), financial activities, and administrative functions (20%) for the Vietnam office. This role operates independently and is pivotal in supporting the financial and administrative needs, with a close working relationship with the regional team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accounting:
o Manage all accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, GL, and financial reporting.
o Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
o Prepare monthly financial statements and other reports as required.
o Maintain compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
• Financial Management:
o Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in collaboration with the Regional Finance team.
o Support cash flow management and financial analysis to optimize business performance.
o Collaborate with regional finance team to streamline financial processes and share best practices.
• Administrative Support:
o Handle general administrative tasks, including procurement, office management, and vendor coordination.
o Provide HR administrative support for the Vietnam office, in absence of an HR admin in Vietnam.
