• Monitor and evaluate the performance of frontline sales staff (ASM, SS, SR, DSM) in the designated area.
• Analyze current market conditions and guide the sales team accordingly, while reporting business status to upper management.
• Track and evaluate execution performance and business outcomes at the regional level on a weekly and monthly basis. Provide recommendations to improve sales productivity.
• Assess sales capabilities and competencies, identify gaps, and develop plans to address those gaps.
• Implement capability improvement plans across all sales levels.
• Train key functional skills and deploy digital tools for the sales team, ensuring proper tracking and execution.
• Manage change and communication, including tracking adoption levels and driving behavioral change within the team.

• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
