Job Description
As a Business Development Manager for Navigos Search's Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization. Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Development: You will be responsible for developing sales across Air, Ocean, and Road freight services, focusing on strategies to enhance gross profit (GP) per customer. This involves identifying market trends and adapting your approach to meet customer needs.
• Freight Forwarding Services: You will sell our Freight Forwarding services for both Imports and Exports, ensuring to include value-added services that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling and email outreach. Your ability to identify and engage potential clients will be crucial in expanding our customer base.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by employing effective sales techniques and strategies, while also maintaining detailed records of your progress and performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to stay updated on client plans and any challenges they may encounter. This collaboration will ensure that we meet client expectations and enhance overall service delivery.
• Client Engagement: Regularly visit and meet with both potential and existing customers to build strong relationships, understand their needs, and promote our services effectively.
Job Requirements
• Industry Experience: Demonstrated experience in a commercial role within the logistics sector, showcasing your ability to navigate the complexities of this field.
• Comprehensive Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various modes of transportation, including international and domestic logistics, customs regulations, sea and air freight, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain management.
• Lead Qualification Skills: Proven ability to identify and qualify leads, crafting persuasive customer value propositions that resonate with potential clients.
• Communication Proficiency: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong history of fostering and maintaining solid relationships with customers.
• Team Player: Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team to achieve sales objectives and contribute to overall business success.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel locally or regionally as necessary to engage with clients and support sales initiatives.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is essential, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of clients and partners.
