Job Description
Mission
• To build strategic development plans to ensure effective management of the product portfolio and product life cycle to optimize market share and profitability, contribute the achievement of business targets
• To integrate and deploy the global strategies at the country level
• To develop/renew product pricing and positioning strategies
• To translate product strategy into detailed requirements to the level of internal customers (Sales Team) and external customers
• To consolidate and build product awareness and understanding
• To design strategy with product positions to achieve new product development’s objectives
• To drive product launches
• To identify and maintain KOLs to collaborate on different topics and enhance brand value
• To directly report to the General Manager.
Job Requirements
• Bs/Ms in Veterinary
• At least 5 years of experience in veterinary industry and 3 years in marketing in companion animal are required
• Thorough knowledge of marketing processes (theoretical and operational) and related tools
• Knowledge of the markets and veterinary products for pets
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
• Ability to use financial analysis tools and techniques / to use business intelligence tools
• Proficient English and computer skills
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities and data-driven thinking
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
