Position Summary
We represent a leading international manufacturer of premium architectural finishing solutions used in luxury hotels, high-end residences, and landmark commercial developments. This role focuses on expanding project-based sales through design specification, technical consultation, and long-term partnerships with architects, developers, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Specification
• Promote advanced interior and façade finishing systems for high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
• Build strong networks with architects, consultants, and project developers to secure brand specifications from early design stages.
• Present innovative surface and panel solutions that meet design, performance, and sustainability standards of modern architecture.
• Execute strategic business plans to achieve sales growth, profitability, and market visibility.
2. Project & Technical Coordination
• Provide technical input and specification documents for project design, costing, and execution.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure smooth material delivery and installation quality.
• Ensure all materials and applications comply with international construction codes and local standards.
3. Client Relationship Management
• Act as the main contact for assigned key accounts, maintaining strong partnerships with architectural firms, project owners, and main contractors.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
4. Market Development & Insights
• Track market movements, competitor innovations, and trends in architectural finishing materials.
• Identify opportunities for new products and applications within Vietnam’s premium construction market.
• Provide regular updates and business intelligence to the management team.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 5–10 years of experience in project sales or specification within high-end construction materials (e.g., interior wall and ceiling systems, façade panels, or related products).
• Established network with architects, developers, and contractors in luxury hotel or high-end residential projects.
• Excellent presentation and consultative selling skills with strong technical understanding.
• Confident English communication for working with international project stakeholders.
