Job Description
• Maintain regular contact and visits with existing and prospective customers to ensure business continuity.
• Record customer, competitor, and market-related information in the CRM system.
• Identify new projects to develop a strong pipeline of opportunities that drive net growth in the sales area, aligned with business objectives; monitor and report on all commercial projects
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and samples.
• Lead pricing and contract negotiations with customers.
• Offer creative solutions to meet customer needs, such as adjusting delivery schedules, coordinating order campaigns
• Collaborate with Product Management to negotiate price increases, special pricing
• Develop and implement strategies for sales growth aligned with the company’s objectives
• Provide customer support, including handling initial complaints and addressing issues.
• Prepare and manage the sales budget and forecast.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree in related field
• Good English
• Min 5 – 10 years of experience with Polymers, plastics
• Basic technical knowledge and understanding of all polymer types and their application
• Time management skills
• Strong sales mindset
