Job Description

1. Lead in setting up & organizing the implementation of quality plans & objectives. Establish & maintain the quality management system in accordance with legislations & buyer’s requirements
2. Ensure all buyer requirements and expectations are met at all different stages of the process from New development, during production, and after shipment
3. Lead & coordinate with the related organizations for the quality training subjects
4. Direct and control the staff of Quality department to ensure that they are well motivated and receive all necessary training and development to enable them to carry out their responsibilities according to standards
6. Develop the processes to ensure that the total quality is promoted throughout the company
7. Develop and implement all necessary procedures to ensure the effective monitoring of quality standards and customer / company requirements
8. Implement customer and supplier relationship management regarding Quality performance and improvement
9. Training and sharing the r-pac quality standard to supplier, subcontractor for awareness
10. Work with compliance manage and follow up any customer audit and internal audit program
11. Monitor, review and control all company processes to ensure that they conform to total quality standards (ISO9001, TQP, etc.)
12. Work with cross function for any continuous improvement in all company operations and that waste is kept at a minimum level
13. Control and report all deviations / issue from product requirements
14. Screen new employees for quality department
15. Control quality budgets and resources to ensure that the department operates cost effectively and in accordance with quality standards
16. Prepare and report Monthly Quality performance
17. Customer complaint handling

Job Requirements

Has experienced as QA manager over 8 years
Knowledge of the Manufacturing Company (Label, Printing or Packaging Industries are preferred )
Experience in continuous improvement programs is an advantage
Have in-depth knowledge of generally accepted QA management protocols
Proficient in leadership skill
Good knowledge & experience of Provincial ISO9001, LEAN, SIX SIGMA, 5S, Kaizen, CI (Continuous Improvement, Process Improvements) …
