Mainly recruiting, but also support HR and labor areas to the extent possible (about 80% recruiting)
Recruitment and Placement:
Manage the entire recruiting process, including creating job postings, conducting selection processes, and providing solutions to effectively hire employees.
Document Preparation:
Create and update HR-related documents such as organizational charts, employment contracts, and attendance management manuals.
Manage records of employee personnel information, evaluations, promotions, and salary changes while ensuring confidentiality.
Employee Engagement:
Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
Interpreter:
Translate from Vietnamese to Japanese during recruitment interviews
Translate written materials related to recruitment
Assist communication between Japanese staff and Vietnamese-speaking staff
Other:
This position is mainly person in charge of HR&Interpreter. But there may be occasions where this position'll need to work on tasks beyond your designated role as follows:
Labor management
Accounting
General affairs
Social media management (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Just support these tasks, therefore no need to have professional skill of them.

Must have:
Vietnamese who can speak Japanese fluently
Individuals with experience in recruitment operations
Previous employment history within Japanese companies (Otherwise, experience living in Japan)
