Job Purpose
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, leading the sales team, and managing key customer relationships in order to achieve revenue and profitability targets. He/She will play a crucial role in developing market strategies, expanding business opportunities, and ensuring strong execution within the medical devices sector.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution


Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives in the medical device market.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in assigned regions and product lines.
Manage sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and ensure timely achievement of targets.

Team Leadership & Management


Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve high performance.
Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluation.
Build capability and ensure ongoing training for team members on product knowledge and selling skills.

Customer & Market Development

Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare professionals.
Oversee tender management, quotations, and negotiations with key accounts.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities and risks.

Business Operations

Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and healthcare standards.
Prepare regular sales reports, analysis, and business reviews for management.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related fields (MBA is a plus).

Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industr
