Job Description
Responsible for the sales and marketing activities of Academy related services
Develops and executes business plans to meet sales targets for revenue and profitability
identify potential clients, develop relationships, and explore new business prospects
Prepare prospects and presentations to showcase the academy’s offerings to potential clients, aiming to generate leads
Facilitating communication and collaboration with various teams within the company
Coach and strengthen the sales competencies and capabilities of the Sales Team
Comply with working procedures and trainer qualification process
Manage and service assigned accounts and be accountable for achieving sales targets
Identify, create and follow-up on new accounts as well as new product and market development
Work closely with Marketing to develop and maximize the success of lead generation activities, marketing programs and customer focused events
Review, evaluate and develop pricing strategies for product portfolios
Generate prompt and accurate quotations for inquiries
Ensure timely response to customers’ enquiries, feedback and comments
Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with clients, prospects and partners
Responsible for customer retention as well as related marketing events:
Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
