Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and Development: Lead the development of new products for company’s portfolio including Food/ Beverage
• Quality Improvement: Implement strategies to enhance product quality and optimize technological processes.
• Standards and Specifications: Create material and product standards while establishing technical parameters and production processes.
• Quality Monitoring: Conduct post-production inspections to ensure product quality meets established standards.
• Production Support: Provide assistance to the production department, troubleshooting and resolving any manufacturing issues that arise.
• Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
Job Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the food industry.
• Skills:
• Ability to learn quickly, with a strong work ethic and ambition.
• Knowledgeable about equipment used in production processes.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
