1. Strategy Development and Oversight
Strategic Planning
Design and implement an omnichannel strategy to foster business growth.
Align omnichannel targets with JBVN and MKU objectives, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
Execution and Monitoring
Deploy and oversee strategy execution, setting clear performance expectations for the omnichannel team and key stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., Trade, Brand Marketing, Operations) to address systemic challenges in omnichannel processes.
Monitor key performance indicators such as channel growth, on-time and in-full delivery, and sales targets.
Strategy Review and Adjustment
Regularly assess and adjust strategies to meet omnichannel goals.
Gather feedback from team members and stakeholders, analyzing outcomes to recalibrate strategies as needed.
Outcomes
Growth across all channels, including In-house delivery, and timely, complete execution of omnichannel plans.
2. Omnichannel Infrastructure and Digital Retail Experience
Digital Experience Development
Shape Vietnam’s digital retail experience by aligning frameworks, systems, and tools with global standards.
Build capabilities in digital marketing and e-commerce across channels, including app, web, and in-store.
Develop strategic digital partnerships with aggregators and platforms.
Brand Consistency and Innovation
Drive digital experience innovations, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Partner with external agencies to lead omnichannel and digital projects, aligning them with sales targets and business objectives.
3. Channel Management and Sales Development
On-Premise Sales
Oversee dine-in and take-away channels, optimizing operations and enhancing promotional efforts.
In-House Delivery
Improve service quality and operational efficiency for the internal delivery channel.
Aggregator Partnerships
Manage relationships with external delivery partners to enhance customer experience and ensure brand alignment.
CRM and Loyalty Initiatives
Coordinate CRM and loyalty programs across multiple channels, acting as a single point of contact for collaboration with brand and trade teams.
4. People and Budget Management
Talent Development
Oversee manpower planning, team development, and succession planning, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Budget Management
Develop and manage the budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation to support the Omnichannel team’s efficiency and operational success.
This role is essential to driving coordinated efforts across all customer channels, ensuring seamless interactions and consistency in brand experience while aligning with strategic goals and market objectives.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field or equivalent strongly demonstrated work experience (MBA or MMM is a plus).
• At least 10 years of working experience in the marketing field, including 5 years working in the Retail/QSR/FnB/FMCG/E-commerce industry at mid/large-scale companies and multinational corporations.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in Omnichannel setting up and development.
• Fluent English.
