Job Description
A rapidly expanding regional technology and consulting firm is seeking a strategic and commercially driven leader to head its IT Solutions and Services in Vietnam. This individual will be responsible for business growth, client engagement, and service excellence across industries such as Banking, Insurance, Retail, and Manufacturing.
We are looking for a visionary professional with a strong background in IT consulting and services, capable of building high-performing teams, driving revenue, and delivering meaningful results for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the country’s business strategy for IT solutions and managed services, aligning with regional goals.
- Lead sales and delivery activities to ensure both commercial success and client satisfaction.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring long-term retention and mutual growth.
- Oversee operational performance, project delivery, and adherence to service standards and budgets.
- Drive continuous improvement in business operations and team performance to ensure profitability and sustainability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure cohesive execution and customer-centric outcomes.
- Represent the organization as a credible, ethical, and trusted technology advisor in the market.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in IT services, technology consulting, or enterprise solution sales.
- Demonstrated success in developing strategies, achieving business targets, and leading teams through growth and transformation.
- Experience working with major clients in the Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, and Manufacturing sectors within Vietnam.
- Solid understanding of industry trends and the ability to translate complex business challenges into innovative technology solutions.
Essential Skills & Attributes
- Proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities, manage the end-to-end sales cycle, and close strategic deals.
- Hands-on experience managing P&L for a business unit or division, with a focus on sustainable financial growth.
- Strong leadership capabilities — able to inspire teams, foster accountability, and drive performance excellence.
- Experienced in overseeing project delivery and managing multiple client portfolios simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Strategic mindset with analytical thinking, business acumen, nd the capacity to simplify complex technical topics for clients.
- Collaborative and adaptable — comfortable working with regional teams and diverse stakeholders.
