Job Description

• Oversee the company's comprehensive Brand and Corporate Marketing initiatives, managing strategies to enhance brand visibility, reputation, and corporate image. This includes marketing efforts across branches, events, activations, and internal and external promotions.
• Ensure brand and product visibility across public media platforms, managing digital content, advertising, visuals, and communications for the company’s offerings.
• Collaborate closely with product and customer-focused teams to spearhead integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at boosting product awareness, sales, profitability, and customer retention.
• Coordinate, implement, and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns within the assigned scope.
• Lead and develop the marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering professional growth while ensuring streamlined processes and operations.
• Contribute to marketing strategy formulation and execution by offering expertise and support for the marketing unit’s operations.
• Establish and manage a framework for collecting insights on market trends, competitors, customers, and internal performance to drive marketing efforts.
• Plan and oversee budgets for brand and marketing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments (Communications, Design, and related teams) under a unified team approach to advance brand initiatives and product marketing.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in sectors like Fintech, Ecommerce, or Apps.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with strong skills in producing compelling marketing content and engaging with global stakeholders.
• Strong project management abilities and a track record of thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Creative mindset for developing cutting-edge marketing strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Analytical skills with a focus on translating data into actionable insights.
