Job Description

***Scope and purpose of work:
• Manage and execute the entire human resources activities of the Group's hotels/resorts.
• Develop plans, human resources policies and implementation guidelines according to the Group's guidelines.
• Develop annual staffing plan and control the implementation of recruitment plans of Hotels/Resorts, ensuring to meet requirements in terms of quality, quantity, and time.
• Develop, manage, control and implement annual, quarterly and monthly training plans suitable for each hotel/resort of the Group.
• Presiding over the construction and implementation of corporate culture according to the Group's orientation.
• Advise the Board of Directors on personnel issues to achieve high efficiency and ensure compliance.
***Duties and responsibilities:
*Customer Service:
• Maintains positive guest, colleague and company employee interactions with good working relationships
• Communicate with the company departments and personnel at properties to support in a friendly attitude
*Finance:
• Establish and closely monitor the feasibility of the group’s salary scale and benefit grid for associates for BoD approval, attracting and retaining outstanding key personnel with good turnover ratio
• Develop the group’s annual manning guide and propose to the BoD for approval.
• Administer annual salary review process, ensuring its accuracy, deadlines and payroll expenses are in line with the approved business plan and budgets
• Maintain a close control on recruitment, staff compensation, training and payroll expenses
***Other duties and responsibilities:
• Complete the tasks of the group with the assigned tasks according to the Decisions / Minutes of the meeting, ....
• Comply with regulations, operating procedures, and table describing the scope of work of the group
***Responsibility to comply with regulations:
• Fire prevention, occupational health & safety and company security procedures
• Company rules, regulations, policies and procedures

Job Requirements


• Education: University
• Specialization: Specialization in Human Resource Management
• Computer skills: Good
• Foreign language: English
***Professional background:
• At least 10 years of experience in the position of Human Resources, 3 years in 4-5 star hotels/resorts at the same level
• Experience in managing training and development programs in 4-5 star hotels/resorts
• Experience in designing and delivering management development and soft skills
• Experience in designing and delivering a variety of training solutions, including combinations of options
• General knowledge of human resources management (managing people, developing relationships), knowledge of team leadership and coordination of work and resources.
• Managerial experience: Ability to lead and inspire
***Other needed skills:
• Ability to speak in front of crowds confidently, logically and persuasively
• Have a strategic vision
• Conflict and dispute resolution skills
***Attitude/ qualities required:
• Proactive, professional and gentle demeanor
• High sense of responsibility, independence and creativity in work
