Job Description
Location: Hanoi/ Hai Phong - New Setup company
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and oversee the overall production plan for the entire plant.
-Supervise operations across all workshops within the plant.
-Ensure machinery and equipment operate smoothly to support plant operations.
-Advise the Board of Directors on production management and equipment improvements for optimal efficiency.
-Manage the implementation of the production plan according to the set timeline.
-Research ways to enhance productivity and minimize costs.
-Manage and allocate labor, workforce, and related resources.
-Resolve any operational issues arising within the plant.
-Provide strategic advice to the Group CEO.

Job Requirements
-University degree in Engineering or related
-Proficiency in English.
-Minimum of 7 years of experience in production management or production planning in manufacturing plants.
-Strong analytical skills, innovative thinking, agility, and a mindset for continuous improvement.
-Ability to handle pressure and quickly address any issues within the plant.
-Proactive, enthusiastic, and dedicated to the job.
