What We Can Offer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Automotive High or Low Voltage & Chassis Test Group Leader to oversee and manage testing and validation activities for both high-voltage and low-voltage systems, as well as chassis/vehicle dynamics. The successful candidate will lead a technical team, develop test strategies, and ensure that all testing processes meet industry standards and project timelines. This role is essential for ensuring the safety, performance, and reliability of automotive systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Case Development & Execution:
• Lead the creation, review, and updating of test cases based on component, system, and vehicle design requirements for high/low-voltage systems (functional, performance, and integration validation).
• Oversee the development of automation test scripts for HiL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) and vehicle-level validation.
• Manage component, system, and vehicle-level testing for both high-voltage (e-powertrain, energy management, charging) and low-voltage (lighting, infotainment, control systems) components.
• Ensure proper configuration and setup of HiL/LabCar/vehicle systems for testing both high and low-voltage systems and chassis/vehicle dynamics.
• Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and lead root cause analysis (RCA) for test case failures.
Test Automation & Simulation:
• Drive automation efforts by implementing HiL and simulation testing for both high-voltage and low-voltage systems.
• Enhance testing efficiency and accuracy through innovative automation solutions and simulation tools.
Leadership & Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance on best practices in testing and validation.
• Develop a team roadmap focused on improving team capacity, technical skills, and overall performance.
• Manage task assignments and capacity, ensuring the timely execution of all test plans.
• Create and implement individual development plans for team members to promote professional growth and skill development.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment focused on delivering high-quality testing results.
Process & Compliance Management:
• Ensure that all testing activities comply with relevant industry standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and safety regulations.
• Implement and maintain 5S practices and a Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) within the testing group.
• Ensure testing processes align with customer and project requirements, while managing both customer and internal projects from inception to delivery.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in automotive testing, focusing on high-voltage/low-voltage systems and chassis/vehicle dynamics.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Technical Skills:
• Expertise in high-voltage and low-voltage systems, including e-powertrain, energy management, vehicle dynamics, and chassis functions.
• Proficiency in HiL/LabCar systems, test automation, and simulation tools.
• Strong knowledge of automotive industry standards (ISO 9001, ISO 26262, etc.).
• Experience with test automation and script development.
• Data analysis and report generation skills.
Soft Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and root cause analysis experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
