Job Description
Role & Responsibility:
• Market execution: Training new policies and soft skills for the sales team. Support the sales team in solving the problems, issues, and procedures related to sales functions.
• Tracking and implementation: Checking sales compliance, following up with the sales team making sure Sales members working follow the policy.
• Sales KPI Performance: Ensure and define market routes, and outlets fixing with the strategy. Raise efficiency working flow, policy, and market routes to Regional Consumer Manager, ASM. Coaching sales team, and working with distributors.
• Communication & Change. This includes monitoring the degree of adoption and promoting changes in behavior
