Navigos Search's client is a FDI company in pharmacy manufacturing & trading company looking for a position of Regional Sales Manager in charge of following tasks
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the North region
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure alignment of regional sales activities with the overall national sales and marketing strategies.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing team of sales representatives within the North Vietnam region.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance appraisals.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
- Conduct regular field visits to support and evaluate sales representatives.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, including distributors, pharmacy chains, hospitals, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and participate in customer events, conferences, and presentations.
4. Product Promotion and Distribution:
- Ensure effective promotion and distribution of the company's within the region.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and activities.
- Monitor inventory levels at distributors and pharmacies to ensure adequate product availability.
- Provide product knowledge training to sales representatives and customers.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for the National Sales Manager.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and sales performance.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track sales activities and customer interactions.
6. Compliance and Ethics:
- Ensure all sales activities are conducted in compliance with relevant regulations, company policies.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry code of conduct.
