Job Description

Position responsibilities include:
• System integration based on product.
• Writing application notes.
• Ascertaining the clients’ business technical requirements.
• Providing technical consultancy to clients.
• Developing and conducting internal and customer trainings.
• Providing on-time phone and e-mail hotline support.
• Dedicating technical support on-site for industrial projects.
• Conducting sales support/marketing activities (account for 30% time resource).

Job Requirements

Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or related field.
TOEIC minimum 650 (or equivalent)
At least 1 - 3 years of relevant experience

Personal (Behavioural / Personality & Attributes):
• Effective verbal and written English language skills.
• Responsible, mature and dynamic character.
• Strong communication skills.
• Accurate and reliable.
• Proactive.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Technical/Functional:
• Solid general RF knowledge.
• Advanced programming skills in at least one programming language.
• Experience with test and measurement equipment or wireless communication equipment.
• Good technical writing skills.
• Good presentation skills.
• Technical Knowledge about R&S products related to the relevant application areas.

Specific Knowledge/Courses:
• Advanced knowledge in at least one or two specific application areas.
• Good experience in LabWindows CVI & LabView. VB or C is a plus.
