Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Retail Operations (in collaboration with Retail team)
• Oversee and manage F&B inventory, sourcing, and price quotations for the drinks menu.
• Monitor serve ware condition and ensure timely replenishment.
• Ensure daily operational supplies such as stationery, paper bags, and invoice materials are adequately stocked.
• Support the boutique team in preparing SAP documentation for timepiece service shipments.
• Provide support on ad hoc tasks and assist with upcoming projects.
Merchandising
• Facilitate stock and carnet returns to Singapore via SAP (e.g., RODN generation).
• Process LGSMs and coordinate with TH Logistics for delivery schedules and stock movements.
• Assist with stock rebalancing and track outstanding accessory deliveries, especially bespoke straps.
Account Management & Market Insight
• Gather insights on competitor brands, consumer trends, and market activities, and report key findings to the Commercial Manager with actionable recommendations.
Marketing & Communications
CRM Events and Client Engagement
• Collaborate with the CRM Manager to plan and execute monthly CRM events, enhancing high-end client engagement through unique, personalized brand experiences.
• Organize client events and treatments, manage mailings, and oversee the distribution of catalogues, welcome packs, and more.
• Support affinity partnerships and coordinate client prospecting initiatives with retail teams.
• Assist boutique managers in planning activations to increase foot traffic.
Digital Marketing
• Assist in executing regional digital and social media strategies.
Public Relations and Brand Communication
• Support the local PR strategy and maintain strong media relations.
• Assist in brand event planning, including logistics, ideation, and marketing collateral preparation, with post-event reporting.
Trade Marketing
• Coordinate Visual Merchandising theme updates and provide post-implementation feedback.
• Support administrative functions as needed.
Watches & Wonders and National/Regional Events
• Provide assistance to the Commercial Manager in preparation for Watches & Wonders and other global events, including hospitality and manufacturing visits.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a premium or luxury goods environment.
• Customer-focused with a strong motivation to achieve budgeted targets.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Team-oriented, creative, and passionate about luxury brand experiences.
• Able to engage and communicate key brand messages effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
