Job Description
- User-Centric Design: Create detailed design documents, including personas, journey maps, wireframes (low and high fidelity), prototypes, and sitemaps to capture user needs and pain points.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to align UX designs with project goals and technical feasibility. Communicate design decisions clearly and influence stakeholders using research and data-driven insights.
- Prototyping and Testing: Conduct surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and translate them into impactful design solutions. Provide strong rationale for design decisions based on user research.
Iteration and Feedback: Present designs to internal teams, customers, and partners, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance solutions.
- Performance Tracking: Measure the effectiveness of implemented designs against defined success metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Innovation: Lead the creation of new products, apps, and services, equipping users with tools and metrics to measure and improve usability and productivity.
Job Requirements
Must Have
• 2 years of relevant UX experience with a proven track record of designing and shipping user-centric products
• Proficiency in UX processes and design tools (Sketch, Figma,...)
• In-depth understanding and experience with Design Systems, Design Sprints, and Lean UX methodologies
• Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment, experience with Agile execution is desirable
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences with excellent data-driven approach
• Strong ability to independently perform the essential capabilities required in this role
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and experience working with technical teams
• Positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and provide constructive feedback
• Proficient in English communication (4 skills)
