Job Description
Main areas include:
1. Engage and consult Full System/solution Proposals of the company in general and waterproofing in specific, for Developers and specifiers (Architects, Consultants, etc) to apply to their projects under the design stage.
2. Present to Specifiers/Architects to understand new solutions and systems of the company to divert traditional materials to innovative ones.
3. Follow up and coordinate with the Sales team to hand over the specified projects at the Main Cons, Sub Cons stage to deliver and secure spec and volume.
4. Conduct In-house and Big seminars to run and sell system/services to specifiers and architects
5. Build a close network with specifiers/architects community.
6. Accountable for the majority project pipeline to be specified with strong and unique solutions both technically and commercially.
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering; Architect or Interior Designer; Civil Engineer or related majors
· Preferable with additional commercial degree or experience.
EXPERIENCE
· Waterproofing material industry background with 5-8 years project experience
· Exposure to international companies
· Practical and logical knowledge of construction products and project tender process

· Highly self-motivated. Able to communicate enthusiasm and inspire
· Broad overview of technical and building materials knowledge

· Be initiative, pro-active, result-oriented
· Computer skills - MS Office, CAD drawing
· Good in English (written and oral)
· Quick conceptual thinker – able to grasp ideas and communicate them effectively
· Willing and able to accept a significant degree of responsibility
