Job Description

Job Summary:
Navigos Search’s partner is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Taiwanese Sales for their Freight Forwarding products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and overseeing the sales operations. The role requires a strong understanding of the freight forwarding industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy & Execution:
o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
o Identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
o Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
o Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
o Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins.
• Sales Operations:
o Oversee day-to-day sales activities and ensure efficient operations.
o Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
o Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Team Leadership:
o Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals.
o Conduct regular training and development sessions for team members.
o Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
• Collaboration & Coordination:
o Work closely with the logistics, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
o Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
o Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2.5 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding services, logistics, and supply chain solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in Mandarin Chinese and English; knowledge of Taiwanese is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
