Job Description

• Cultivate and maintain an engaging customer network, ensuring the upkeep of a comprehensive, current, accurate, and punctual customer database. Implement effective strategies for building strong customer relationships.
• Drive account penetration, business planning, and management with designated distributors to maximize outcomes.
• Partner with leadership to develop a activity plan for the territory, encompassing both proactive (push) and reactive (pull) activities on a quarterly basis to meet short-term and long-term business objectives.
• Establish monthly and weekly objectives, ensuring their effective deployment alongside the activity plan, with regular tracking (daily, weekly, monthly) to ensure flawless execution aligned with set targets.
• Deliver timely, thorough, and dependable forecasts for the assigned territory to facilitate proactive decision-making.
• Collaborate with relevant internal teams and external stakeholders to swiftly resolve execution challenges, encompassing order processing, credit, finance, operations (including inventory and delivery), HR matters, and local regulatory compliance.

• Has significant experience in the food industry, ensuring a quick and effective start.
• Preferably experienced in B2C sales.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and comfortable with written business English.
• Basic spoken English skills are sufficient.
