Job Description

Supply Chain Operations:
• Lead the replenishment team to deliver exceptional service to stores and customers.
• Ensure optimal stock availability, quality, and timely delivery.
• Monitor data and metrics to drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Planning and Budgeting:
• Develop a comprehensive replenishment plan to support seamless integration across purchasing, logistics, and store operations.
• Propose budget allocations and oversee execution, continuously evaluating and refining plans based on market conditions and customer demands.
• Track key supply chain efficiency metrics to identify optimization opportunities and reduce costs.
Operational & Inventory Management:
• Oversee daily supply chain operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
• Ensure accurate purchase order placement and pricing to maintain optimal stock levels and achieve on-time delivery targets.
Continuous Improvement:
• Drive improvements across the order management lifecycle, identifying root causes for performance gaps and implementing scalable solutions.
• Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and industry standards.
Stakeholder Management:
• Serve as the primary contact for stores regarding supply chain issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve problems.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure steady supply, availability, and efficient production lead times.
Partnership Development:
• Develop partnerships with key stakeholders, including Store Operations, Marketing, and Finance, to leverage best practices and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Administrative Processes:
• Lead the implementation of administrative processes to ensure smooth daily operations within the function.

Job Requirements

Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 7 years in supply chain operations, order fulfillment management, replenishment methodology in Retail industries.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to respond quickly to urgent situations.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP and ERP systems.
