Job Description
- Achieve Service KPI & Performance goals for the territory, region, or dealers allocated.
- Enhance Dealer Service operation quality by follow-up Dealer service promotion program, CSI, SOP, and Dealer improvement weekly.
Represent HMV and act as a point of contact for dealers for interim service business.
- Arrange for the settlement of Dealers' particular problems.
- Training: Give Dealer personnel the necessary instruction.
- Reporting: Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports regarding each allocated Dealer's service performance.
- Management assigns another task.
