Job Description
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing these critical processes of the neutralization, bleaching, and deodorization of vegetable oils and ensuring the consistent production of high-quality oil products that meet or exceed
industry standards.
Your role will involve managing and developing production personnel, creating efficient production schedules, and maintaining strict adherence to company policies.
Additionally, you will be accountable for meeting established targets for receiving, production, and shipping.
Job Requirements
• Graduated from a major in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture, or related.
• 3-4 years of experience in production supervision; a minimum of 2 years of experience in the neutralization, bleaching, and deodorization of vegetable oils is advantageous.
• Have knowledge of food hygiene and safety, and production process.
• Understanding production processes, GMP, HACCP, ISO, BRC is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of chemical and mechanical processes involved in vegetable oil refining.
• English skills: Good communication
