Job Description

Develop and manage annual marketing budgets and plans for assigned regions, ensuring business objectives are met.
Build and manage a regional team, including training, performance management, and distribution channel development.
Conduct market research and analysis, monitor industry trends, and adjust marketing networks to enhance the company’s brand presence overseas.
Lead resource allocation and market exploration efforts, guide the team to improve performance, increase market share, and manage key negotiations and events.
Job Requirements
Sales experience in injection molding machines.
Independently create and execute market development and promotion plans, including setting and managing marketing strategies and budgets, and guiding market research to inform strategic decisions.
Demonstrate strong innovation, customer development, and team-building skills, with extensive experience in channel development and management.
Exhibit excellent strategic thinking and analytical judgment, leveraging these abilities to drive market growth and provide actionable recommendations.
