Job Description
III. ROLE OVERVIEW
The role is to develop and execute a corporate branding and marketing strategy that enhances the company’s visibility in the advertising industry, promotes its services, and fosters strategic partnerships. Additionally, it involves building a high-performing marketing team and ensuring consistent brand messaging across channels.
IV. RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and Execute Corporate Branding Strategy
• Craft and implement a comprehensive corporate branding strategy that highlights the company’s unique value in the advertising and media industry.
• Position the company as a thought leader in advertising that aims to raise market awareness about innovative advertising solutions.
• Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand identity across all media channels, ensuring a consistent message aligned with business goals.
2. Advertising Services Promotion in B2B
• Work closely with the sales and business development teams to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns that promote the company’s advertising services.
• Develop and implement educational initiatives aimed at clients and/or agencies to enhance their understanding of the company's advertising solutions and the value they bring to their clients.
3. Partnership Development Support
• Support to attract and nurture partnerships with WiFi owners, and other strategic partners, enhancing the company’s partner network.
4. Research and report
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends in the advertising industry, identifying new opportunities for brand promotion and partnership development.
5. Building and Developing the Marketing Team
• Identify staffing needs and work with HR to recruit and onboard new team members.
• Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular reviews to ensure accountability.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to support team members' professional development.
• Promote a positive culture aligned with company values, encouraging open communication and recognition.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/ marketing or any related field
• Min 5 years working experiences at the role Marketing Manager/Leader focusing on Promote branding in B2B
• Candidate must have experiences as Marketing Manager in Media/Tech industry or same services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate in English
