Job Description
• Production Management: Overseeing the production activities of poultry, including care, feeding, and health monitoring of the flock to ensure optimal growth and performance.
• Human Resource Management: Recruiting, training, and managing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
• Financial Management: Managing budgets, expenses, and the financial performance of the department to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Quality Management: Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and product quality standards, as well as implementing quality control measures to ensure products meet market and customer requirements.
• Other responsibilities as assigned from Senior Management
