Job Description

Sales and Client Service
• Actively engage with clients and provide excellent customer service through regular communication and active client engagement.
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador by promoting the brand vision and fostering consumer brand loyalty.
• Proactively achieve monthly sales targets.
• Independently and proactively follow up on client enquiries and requests, including after-sales services.
• Provide exceptional service standards, offer suggestions and alternatives, and anticipate future needs.
• Take a proactive learning approach to understand best sellers, new arrivals, product knowledge, and all category information.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration to prioritize client needs.

Visual Merchandising Management
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain and align VM with the global visual guidelines.

Operations
• Adhere to all in-store Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Assist with cashiering and daily closing settlements.
• Receive and pack stocks in the assigned categories.
• Fulfill any other related duties assigned by the Store Manager.

Inventory Control
• Conduct category scans for inventory management.
• Assist with stock maintenance and cycle counts.
• Replenish display merchandise as required.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably as a Client Advisor or similar role.
• Strong passion and knowledge of the luxury industry, including luxury brands, products, and market trends.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits to customers.
• Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to selling and a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Familiarity with CRM techniques, tools, and other store operation applications is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment, including weekends and holidays.
