Gain expertise in products and industry practices to deliver top-quality solutions and support customer integration.
Assess customer operational needs and recommend products or services that enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and environmental impact.
Identify and engage new clients while managing customer relationships to promote products and grow business.
Act as a key liaison between the company, customers, and the market to effectively communicate our brand values and product quality.
Execute the company’s sales strategy to meet business objectives and expand market share.
Participate punctually in required sales, technical, and online (LMS) training sessions, both indoors and outdoors.
This role reports directly to the Sales Manager, with indirect reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.
Job Requirements
-A college or university diploma/degree is required, with a preference for those in engineering (chemical, environmental, mechanical, etc.), science (biology, chemistry, etc.), or marketing.
-Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English communication.
-Proficient in MS Office applications.
-Flexibility in work schedule is necessary.
-Highly self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
-Willingness to work in industrial environments, which may include exposure to chemicals and noise.
-Good physical condition, capable of meeting the demands of the job at various customer sites.
