Job Description
Navigos Search's client, foreign medical equipment in Hanoi center, is looking for senior sales with main duties as below:
• Create and manage a daily work schedule to visit and maintain current accounts in the assigned territories in order to meet sales goals.
• Create new sales opportunities and leverage them
• Establishes solid connections with distributors, dealers, professional associations, and important decision-makers and opinion leaders.
• Coach and train sales representatives for distributors.
• Enthused continual learning for products, competitors' products and keeping tipdated of current trends and best practices in the marketplace.
• Assess and present suitable promoted products information to healthcare professionals and hospitals.
• Coordinate and organize in-service demonstrations, and education programs for healthcare professionals whenever necessary.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information øn pricing, products, new products to management in an organized, timely and effective manner
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree, prefer in related field (Medical/ Pharmacy/ Nursing/ Biomedical).
• 3-5 years of medical devices sales experience within the hospital selling, clinical experience
• Excellent sales skills (including project sales) and product knowledge.
• Experienced in managing distributor.
• Fluency English (4 skills)
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Possess excellent negotiation, sales, and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently with self-discipline and a good team player as well.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
